Each session is tailored around YOU and your individual needs.  If pain relief is your goal, you’ve come to the right place.  The first session will include an evaluation discussing your health records and past injuries as well as any postural assessments that may be necessary.  Once a brief intake has been completed I can put together the most effective treatment plan for your goals. 

Online Courses

After growing my business solely using Instagram to market myself and helping dozens of other massage therapists do the same, I decided to put all of my knowledge surrounding this topic into an online course.  This is a self-paced course designed to help therapists learn the ins and outs of Instagram and how to use it effectively as a massage therapist in order to grow your clientele.
